For recovery requests, you can either email us (using the email above), or you can submit your info in our FACEBOOK GROUP. You MUST include your exact location (GPS or What3Words), a couple photos of your situation, and a phone number that our members can reach you at.
Remember that Trilium Offroad Recovery does not provide recovery services directly; we connect people who are willing to help.
NOTE: Under NO circumstances will any of our members break any laws, like trespassing, to come help you. Nor will they assist with “highway” (as defined by the HTA) recoveries. For example, if you drove off into a ditch, we can’t help you with that. Call a tow truck.
